Responsibilities:
An SAP SuccessFactors PMGM (Performance Management and Goal Management) Consultant job description typically involves configuring, implementing, and supporting the PMGM module within the SuccessFactors suite.
Key Responsibilities
Configuration & Design: Set up performance review forms, goal plans, route maps, and calibration sessions.
Requirement Gathering: Lead workshops with business stakeholders to map HR processes to the SAP system.
Integration: Connect Goal Management (GM) and Performance Management (PM) templates with Employee Central or other modules (like CDP, Succession Planning, or Recruiting).
Testing & Support: Conduct Unit Testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and troubleshoot production issues.
