Responsibilities:
Senior Associate (Workforce Analytics)
Analytically strong and technically advanced Resource Manager with deep expertise in Advanced Excel (including VBA, Macros, and automation) and professional-grade PowerPoint storytelling.
This individual will play a pivotal role in driving workforce analytics, forecasting, and utilization strategy, by transforming data into business intelligence and executive-ready presentations.
The ideal candidate will combine operational accuracy, automation mindset, and presentation excellence to enable leadership decisions and optimize workforce performance.
