Job Description & Summary:
A career within Cybersecurity and Privacyservices,will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients implement an effective cybersecurityprogrammethat protects against threats, propels transformation, and drives growth. As companies pivot toward a digital business model, exponentially more data is generated and shared amongorganisations, partners and customers. We play an integral role in helping our clients ensure they are protected by developing transformation strategies focused on security, efficiently integrate and manage new or existing technology systems to deliver continuous operational improvements and increase their cybersecurity investment, and detect, respond, and remediate threats.
Responsibilities:
As a compliance specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements related to information technology. Your responsibilities will span from handling appeals to monitoring regulatory updates and providing strategic guidance to minimize operational disruptions. Here are the key aspects of your roleatthe client-
Appeals Handling:
End-to-End Management: Handle appeals from start to finish, including analyzing the appeal, preparing concise briefs, and drafting well-structured responses.
Compliance Focus: Ensure that all responses align with orders and legal guidelines.
Tracker Maintenance:
Up-to-Date Records: Regularly update and maintain track of all appeals and resolutions.
Accuracy and Timeliness: Ensure accurate and timely recording of relevant information.
User Grievance Triage and Analysis:
Multichannel Approach: Analyze user grievances reported through various channels (such as emails, social media, or customer support) promptly.
Identify Trends: Identify recurring issues and trends to improve processes and address user concerns effectively.
Assisting with Communication:
Advisories and Notices: Collaborate with the team to prepare responses and related communication for advisories, notices, or correspondence with regulators.
Court Orders Summaries: Create concise summaries of court orders for internal use.
Regulatory Updates and Impact Assessment:
Stay Informed: Keep abreast of new regulations, important court orders, and general news related to IT laws.
Summarize Impact: Analyze the impact of regulatory changes on the company and its stakeholders.
Strategic Recommendations: Propose implementation strategies to ensure compliance while minimizing operational disruptions.
