Responsibilities

• Architect and lead enterprise-scale GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.

• Design and implement multi-agent systems, RAG architectures, AI copilots, enterprise knowledgeassistantsand AI workflow automation platforms.

• Lead end-to-end AI product development from ideation to production deployment.

• Establish AI engineering standards, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and governance.

• Build scalable AIplatformsleveragingcloud-native services and modernMLOps/LLMOpspractices.

• Guide engineering teams through architecture, design reviews, and technical mentoring.

• Work directly with clients to define AI strategy, use cases, roadmaps, and implementation plans.

• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Cloud, Cyber, and Business teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Mandatory Skill sets:

• 1+years of technology experience with 3+ years in GenAI / LLM engineering.

• Strongexpertisein LLMs and foundation models, Agentic AI and multi-agent architectures, advanced RAG frameworks, prompt engineering, AI evaluation frameworks, AI governance and Responsible AI, vectordatabasesand knowledge retrieval.

• Hands-on experience withLangChain,LangGraph,AutoGen,CrewAI, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, Azure, AWS, GCP,MLflow, Databricks, Fabric, and Kubernetes.

• Strong Python and software engineering background.

• Experience building AI Copilots and enterprise AI platforms.

Preferred skill sets:

• Experience leading AI engineering teams.

• Exposure toAI product management and solution architecture.

• Experience with multimodal AI, document intelligence, and enterprise search.

• Relevant certifications in Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, Google AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent.

Experience

• 2+yearsoverall experience.

• Proven record of delivering enterprise AI, GenAI, or Agentic AI programs.

• Consulting or client-facing experience preferred.

Educational Qualification

• B.E. / B.Tech. / M.E. /M.Tech. / MS in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines.

• Strong preference for IITs, IISc, IIITs, BITS, NITs, top global universities, and Tier-1 engineering institutes.
