A career in Information Technology, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to support our core business functions by deploying applications that enable our people to work more efficiently and deliver the highest levels of service to our clients. You'll focus on managing the design and implementation of technology infrastructure within PwC, developing and enhancing both client and internal facing applications within PwC, and providing technology tools that help create a competitive advantage for the Firm to drive strategic business growth.

• Responsibilities:
• our (4) years of professional experience in Multi cloud environment operations, Cloud Operations IaaS, PaaS (App Service, Database, Storage, API gateway), VNET, NLB, Traffic Manager. Oracle Cloud (OCI) would be the added advantage.
• - Vulnerability management, Remediation, Coordination and closure with IT security team
• - Being responsible for reporting any (known or suspected) breach in information security
• - Consult with business team to shape application architectures aligned with PwC security, engineering and integration best practices
• - Automation - PowerShell , Python Scripting
• - OS Administration - Linux & Windows
• - Technical Documentation / Operational tools – MS Word, MS excel, MS PPT, MS Visio
• - Create and maintain necessary SOP and design documents
• - Manage Infrastructure Projects End to End which include tasks of Project Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling and Closure.
• - Facilitate team meetings in partnership with the Stakeholders for decision-making, issues resolution, risk mitigation and team engagement
• - ITIL processes - incident, change management, configuration management, problem management, etc.
• - Coordination With Vendor for support renewals, issues and new requirements
• - To perform capacity planning, performance monitoring, problems identification, troubleshooting, failure recovery and proactive maintenance.
• - Develops and implements business continuity practices
• - To participate and advise on technical and operational issues for new project introductions
• - Effective communication and collaboration skills
• - Should be familiar with Service Now Ticketing tool
• Mandatory skill sets:
• Experience in Cloud Administration (IaaS and PaaS architecture of major cloud providers). Preference Oracle cloud (OCI) and Azure Cloud
• - Security oriented mindset
• - Good understanding of Cloud Security & core networking protocols and services (AD,NTP, DNS, terminal services)
• - At least one scripting or programming language knowledge (PowerShell, Python, JS)
• Preferred skill sets:
• windows Server and Linux OS deep knowledge
• - Hands on experience with DevOps tools (Orchestration, build, monitoring, delivery)
• - M365
• - Working knowledge of Docker and Container technology
