.Responsibilities:
Role
Lead and manage large engagements of domestic compliance projects with limitedsupervision.
Support in new client acquisition and businessdevelopment.
Thought leadership on global emergingtrends.
Skill set
Extensive experience (7+ years) of handling / managing compliancesprojects.
Experience of conducting, managing audits and reviews
Robust project handling skills
Experience in corporate secretarial/ corporate governance matters including Companies Act, SEBI (LODR), Insider Trading compliances.
