Responsibilities:
The Aerospace & Defence (A&D) practice works with government organizations, defence PSUs, armed forces, OEMs, startups, and private sector companies across strategy, transformation, technology, manufacturing, supply chain, M&A, offsets, localization, and capability development initiatives.
The team supports clients across the end-to-end defence and aerospace ecosystem, including defence modernization, indigenization, industrial participation, advanced manufacturing, drones/UAVs,counter drones,aerospace systems, shipbuilding, defence electronics, and emerging technologies.
Support strategic consulting engagements across aerospace, defence, homeland security, and advanced manufacturing sectors.
Conduct market assessments, competitive benchmarking, opportunity identification, and industry analysis.
Support business case development, investment analysis, and growth strategy formulation for clients.
Work on defence ecosystem development, localization, offsets, supply chain, and industrial partnership initiatives.
Assist in programme management office (PMO) activities, implementation tracking, stakeholder coordination, and governance support.
Conduct policy, regulatory, and capability assessments related to defence and aerospace sectors.
Develop client presentations, reports, proposals, and executive-level communication materials.
Support business development initiatives, thought leadership, and go-to-market activities.
