Drive client value creation
- Understand the client's business,prioritiesand leadershipagenda
- Co-create with the client, articulatetransformationand drive innovation agenda for theclient
- Align the right teams or capabilities to enable (sell and deliver) successful transformation/innovationagenda
Build long-standing, trust-basedrelationships
- Establish self as a trusted advisor with the client stakeholders through an in-depth understanding of the client as well asindustry
- Build networks at Accenture to be able to bring the best of Accenture to theclient
Grow the business/account
- Drive sales,revenueand profitability, andbe responsible foraccount financials/key commercial processes for theaccount
- Help originate deals based on defined commercial pathways; drive innovative deal construct and solutioning to growbusiness

Qualifications
Professional qualifications
- Rich experience in the Consumer Product and Goods industry with in-depth industryexpertiseincluding the industry/digital/technologytrends
- Demonstrate sustained client relations management experience at a C-suite level oroperatedat a senior management level in the industryrole
- Experience ofat least10-14 years in consulting and account management experience; domestic consulting experiencepreferred
- Experience of working in a consulting firm will bepreferred
- Experience of working with C-level executives at the client organization
Education:
- Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or post graduate degree in management (PGDM) from premier institutespreferred
