  • Entity Accenture India Market Unit Role Overview We are looking for a Client Account Lead Consultant to drive growth, transformation, and long-term value for our Consumer Goods & Services (CGS) clients in India. You will own the full client relationship—from origination through delivery—acting as a trusted advisor, business developer, and delivery leader. Key Responsibilities Client Value Creation
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business priorities, leadership agenda, and industry trends
  • Analyze client data to surface trends, risks, and growth opportunities
  • Co-create transformation and innovation roadmaps with client stakeholders
  • Ensure robust delivery & seamless execution Relationship Management
  • Establish self as a trusted advisor with the client stakeholders through an in-depth understanding of the client as well as industry
  • Ability to articulate value proposition and be an Ambassador of Accenture
  • Leverage internal networks to bring the best of Accenture to each client Business Development & Account Management
  • Own the end-to-end account lifecycle: origination, sales, negotiation, contracting, and delivery
  • Drive sales, revenue, and profitability; manage account financials and commercial processes
  • Ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction across all engagements Skills & Qualifications Required
  • 6+ years of experience in the Consumer Goods & Services industry, with strong knowledge of digital and technology trends
  • Proven ability to develop strategic perspectives using financial, primary, and secondary analysis
  • Cross-functional understanding of CGS operational dynamics
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder client relationships
  • Ability to perform under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills Preferred
  • 2–4 years of consulting experience with client account management exposure
  • Domestic consulting experience in India Education
  • MBA or PGDM from a premier institute What Success Looks Like
