We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Import Procurement Executive. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of hands-on experience in import operations, with a strong understanding of customs clearance procedures and freight forwarding coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end import procurement processes.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely clearance and delivery.
• Prepare and review import documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor shipment schedules and resolve any delays or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of imports and vendor communications.

Requirements:

• 23 years of relevant experience in import procurement.
• Solid knowledge of customs clearance procedures and freight forwarding.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is a plus.

Location: Pune
