Job Title:

Import Operations Manager

Location:

Mahipalpur, Delhi (Near Aerocity Metro)

Salary:

50,000 60,000 per month

Experience Required:

Minimum 6+ years in Freight Forwarding (Imports Operations / CS)

Role:

Manage and oversee end-to-end import operations and team

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee air & sea import operations

- Manage coordination with foreign agents, shipping lines, co-loaders & CHAs

- Supervise team, allocate work, and ensure timely updates (DSR)

- Handle escalations, delays, and critical shipment issues

- Ensure smooth documentation, ODEX usage, and shipment processes

- Maintain service quality and handle client communication

Requirements:

- Must be from Freight Forwarding background (Mandatory)

- Team handling experience required

- Good communication (English & Hindi)

Working Days:

Monday Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Half Day)

Timing:

10:00 AM 6:00 PM

Other:

- No field work
