Job Description

  • Manage and provide daily freight pricing support to the sales team and customers.
  • Handle rate inquiries from Steam Ship Liners, Air & LCL Co-loaders.
  • Maintain and update rate sheets based on service contracts.
  • Participate in service contract negotiations.
  • Communicate regularly with the sales team and customers to understand shipping needs.
  • Ensure timely retrieval, quotation, and submission of rates.
  • Manage bid/tender deadlines and ensure timely completion.
  • Analyze and secure competitive market rates through internal and external sources.
