Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Import Export Executive located in Ahmedabad, India. The Import Export Executive will handle daily import-export logistics, coordinate shipment documentation, manage communications with clients and suppliers, and ensure compliance with trade regulations. Responsibilities also include ensuring timely delivery of goods, resolving issues in the supply chain, and building strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Import and Export processes, including documentation and compliance requirements
• Strong knowledge of Import Logistics and shipment coordination
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client and vendor relationships effectively
• Ability to analyze trade markets and address operational challenges
• Familiarity with international trade regulations and cross-border shipping policies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and proactive work ethic
• Prior experience in a similar role within the import-export sector is preferred
