Job Description:
  • As an Import Export Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the import and export processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and optimizing logistical operations.

Job Responsibility:
  • Coordinate and manage import and export operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and transportation arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and policies.
  • Communicate with suppliers, customers, and shipping companies to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to import/export activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics activities.

Skills:
  • Strong understanding of import/export regulations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software applications.
  • Knowledge of customs procedures and international trade practices.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
