Job Description

Export Logistic

1) Make monthly weekly dispatch logistic

2) Coordinating with plant,( Planning dept, production dept, QA dept)for smooth execution & planning

3)Coordination with freight forwarder/CHA/transporter for shipment arrangement

4)Negotiating freight rates/transportation rates/custom charges if any

5)Ensure export containers should get on time as per planning and should in with available period of time to ensure no shoutouts detention should get get charge from any transaction

6)to work export transaction with EX work /FOB/CNF/CIF/DDP Basis

7) To handle sample courier shipment & maintain record of the same

8)To maintain MIS data of all transaction

Export Documentation

1) coordinate with plant for pre shipment documents

2)Coordinate with CHA/Shipping line of SB/SI/BL and documentation checking checking approval

3)Preparing export documents as per country/customer specific requirement

4)Prepare COO/GSP and and get it from concerned agencies

5)Checking LC's and coordinating customers for it

6Communicating customers for export documentation shipments

7) Maintain payment records based on shipment execution

8)Maintain MIS files for all shipment transaction

9) to check freight forwarder/transporter/CHA other transaction bills and make approval before giving account to payment process

Import activities:

1)To coordinate with supplier (overseas/domestic) for raw material purchase

2)To coordinate with freight forwarder/CHA/Transporter to purchase material

3)To coordinate with plant for import material uploading

4)Prepare maintain internal documentation
