About Rayzon Solar

Rayzon Solar is a leading manufacturer of solar modules, with a state-of-the-art production facility in Surat. We are expanding our global footprint and are seeking a seasoned professional to manage and streamline our supply chain and export-import (EXIM) operations.

Key Responsibilities

·   Shipment Management & Coordination:

o   Daily monitoring and updates of all import and export shipments.

o   Manage booking, nomination, and intimation updates with freight forwarders and shipping lines.

o   Provide real-time updates on in-transit shipments, docking, and arrival schedules.

o   Coordinate with purchase, PPC (Production Planning & Control), stores, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations.

·        Documentation & Compliance:

o   Oversee all shipping documentation, including Bill of Lading (BL), Import General Manifest (IGM), and other necessary paperwork.

o   Ensure all documents are accurate and complete for customs clearance.

o   Coordinate with customs brokers to facilitate timely and hassle-free customs clearance.

o   Monitor and track all customs-related notifications and regulations.

·        Compliance & Risk Management:

o   Maintain up-to-date knowledge of EXIM regulations and government notifications.

o   Stay informed on Anti-Dumping Duties and other trade remedies that may affect imports.

o   Ensure all procedures are followed to prevent delays or penalties.

·        Reporting & Analysis:

o   Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on shipment status, costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

o   Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

·        Stakeholder Communication:

o   Communicate effectively with all internal teams and external partners, including freight forwarders, suppliers, and customs agents.

o   Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.

·   5-7 years of hands-on experience in import and export operations within a manufacturing environment.

·        Proven experience in managing logistics, documentation, and customs clearance.

·        In-depth knowledge of EXIM regulations, shipping procedures, and Incoterms.

·        Familiarity with documentation such as Bill of Lading (BL) and Import General Manifest (IGM).

·        Experience with Anti-Dumping regulations and other trade-related notifications.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.

·        Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

·        Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
