This is a full-time, on-site role for an Import Documentation (CHA) professional located in Mumbai. The role involves handling end-to-end import documentation processes, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and effectively coordinating with customs for smooth clearance. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining accurate data records, managing client communications, and ensuring timely delivery of shipments. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize operations is a key part of this role.

• Strong understanding and experience with Import and Export processes
• Knowledge of Customer Service practices related to logistics and international trade
• Familiarity with Import Export and International Trade regulations, policies, and documentation requirements
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate completion of documentation
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for logistics and import/export management
• Ability to work well under deadlines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders effectively
• Prior experience in a CHA-related role is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, or a related field is a plus
