Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi for the Import & Commercial Operations Support role. The position involves handling import documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and facilitating seamless operations in global trade. The role will encompass collaborating closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to manage import processes and supporting commercial operations aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Candidates with experience in imports/commercial operations (preferred)or freshers with strong willingness to learn, adapt, and take ownership are welcome.
  • Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in handling documentation related to import with an understanding of regulatory compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, or a related field (preferred)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes is an advantage
