Turn your pharmacy or nursing degree into a career in healthcare technology. If you studied Hospital Administration, D.Pharm, B.Pharm or B.Sc. Nursing or any other relevant degree and want more than a pharmacy counter or ward shifts, this role is built for you. No coding required. You'll help hospitals across Tamil Nadu go digital using ClinQ, and with a real path into product and client roles.

Key Responsibilities

Understand and document hospital workflows, including OPD/IPD, pharmacy, billing, and inventory, and map them to the software.
Support software implementation and go-live activities at client hospitals.
Conduct training sessions, remotely and occasionally on-site, for doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other hospital staff, in a way non-technical teams actually understand.
Coordinate between hospital clients and our development team: gather requirements, communicate updates, and follow up on issues.
Provide first-level support to clients by logging issues, resolving basic queries, and escalating technical issues with clear context.
Use the software the way a pharmacist or nurse would before each release, and flag anything that doesn't fit real hospital practice.
Apply your knowledge of medicines and healthcare terminology to improve product accuracy and usability.

Who We're Looking For

A fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of experience who is interested in healthcare technology and hospital management.
Good communication with fluency in Tamil and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to non-technical staff.
Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office/Google Workspace, and an interest in learning software tools.
Bonus: Familiarity with hospital information systems (HIS), pharmacy software, or hospital operations through an internship or practical exposure.
