A day in the life of this role

At Meritto, Delivery Operations is the backbone of our client success journey. As an Implementation

Specialist, you'll ensure that every client's SaaS implementation is executed smoothly, accurately, and with

complete ownership.

It's a frontline consulting position, where business understanding meets technology execution. You'll work

directly with clients to translate their requirements into live SaaS solutions, thus, ensuring successful

adoption, timely delivery, and a strong foundation for long-term client success.

This role requires a mix of functional understanding, technical comfort, and communication skills to ensure

each implementation is handled with precision and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the Delivery phase of SaaS implementation.

Understand client requirements and translate them into system configurations within Meritto's platform.

Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams for setup, testing, and rollout

activities.

Ensure all implementation tasks are tracked, updated, and completed as per defined timelines.

Maintain detailed documentation, delivery status reports, and client communication records.

Conduct validation and sanity checks post-deployment to ensure the solution is functioning as intended.

Use Excel / Google Sheets actively for reporting, and maintaining delivery records.

Provide clear updates to internal and external stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Manage all tickets and delivery tasks for assigned clientele proactively and without follow-up or reminders,ensuring complete ownership and accountability for case closure.

What we're looking for

Experience: 13 years of SaaS Implementation or Delivery experience, preferably in CRM, or ERP

systems.

Education: BE/B.Tech, or Graduation with MBA (MBA preferred).

Strong understanding of SaaS implementation workflows and client coordination.

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (mandatory).

Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to understand business use cases and translate them into product implementation.

Highly organized and accountable, capable of independently managing assigned client portfolios and

deliverables.
