Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Access Control & ELV implementation Specialist to lead installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and project execution of Access Control Systems (ACS) and other ELV systems. The role requires strong technical expertise, project coordination capability, vendor management experience, and hands-on involvement in MEP and RCP coordination.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Access Control Systems (ACS) and other ELV systems.
Provide advanced technical support and on-site guidance during project execution.
Manage installation teams, subcontractors, and OEM vendors.
Coordinate effectively with MEP teams for seamless project integration.
Perform RCP (Reflected Ceiling Plan) coordination for device placements and routing.
Conduct detailed system inspections, testing, and performance validation.
Diagnose complex system faults and ensure timely rectification.
Oversee system integration with data & telecommunications infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and project quality requirements.
Prepare detailed service reports, project documentation, and handover reports.
Coordinate directly with clients for project milestones, maintenance schedules, and escalations.
Provide technical mentoring to junior engineers and technicians.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in ELV technologies.

Technical Expertise Required

Strong hands-on experience in Access Control Systems (ACS).
Experience working with leading OEMs such as:
- HID Global
- eSSL Security
- Hikvision
- Matrix Comsec
In-depth knowledge of ELV systems including:
- Access Control
- CCTV
- Structured Cabling
- Data & Telecommunications
- Intercom & Security Systems
Strong working knowledge of:
- RCP coordination
- MEP project integration
- Technical drawing interpretation
- System troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Safety standards compliance
Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD and related design software
- Technical documentation and report writing

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field.
Minimum 58 years of experience in Access Control & ELV systems.
Proven experience leading ELV project installations.
Strong understanding of ELV components, system architecture, and integration.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Willingness to travel for project execution and client support.
