The Opportunity

We're seeking an Implementation Specialist to join our delivery team and take ownership of getting our platform live on the factory floor. This is a client-facing role for someone who becomes a true expert in our software and knows how to translate that expertise into successful, hands-on deployments at manufacturing plants.

You will guide the implementation end to end — executing our implementation playbook from data discovery through configuration, user acceptance testing, training, and cutover — before handing a stable, well-documented deployment over to our Customer Success team. You are the client's first point of contact for change management and for getting a plant ready to train and go live, wearing the hat of project manager, facilitator, and trusted advisor as each phase demands.

This role also reaches into the pre-sales and product cycle. You will partner with our sales team on demonstrations, solution configurations, and proof-of-concept work during discovery, and you will feed real implementation learnings back into Product and Engineering to shape where the platform goes next.

You will work closely with our Business Analysts, Customer Success Managers, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, alongside on-site client stakeholders from shop-floor operators to plant leadership.

This is an early hire on a growing team. You will report directly into delivery leadership, with the opportunity to grow alongside the function as we scale and build out a dedicated implementation practice.

Key Responsibilities

•       Implementation Playbook Execution: Deliver implementations end to end by executing our implementation playbook — from structured data discovery through configuration, validation, training, and cutover — owning the technical setup of the Novatro platform and tailoring it to each client's manufacturing operations, workflows, and data.

•       Project Management & Facilitation: Act as project manager and facilitator throughout the engagement — planning and coordinating activities, running working sessions, keeping the rollout on track, and managing the moving parts across client and internal teams.

•       Change Management & Readiness: Serve as the client's first point of contact for change management, preparing the plant and its people to train, adopt, and cut over to the platform with confidence.

•       User Acceptance Testing: Plan and execute UAT with client stakeholders, validating that the configured platform reflects real manufacturing workflows and resolving issues before go-live.

•       Training & Cutover: Deliver hands-on training to client users, from shop-floor operators to leadership, and lead a smooth, well-managed cutover to live operation.

•       Handover to Customer Success: Collaborate, document and conduct a structured handover of each live, stable account to the Customer Success team for ongoing value realization.

•       Pre-Sales Support: Partner with the sales team during discovery and the pre-sales phase, delivering proficient product demonstrations, solution configurations, and proof-of-concept work.

•       Product Expertise & Feedback Loop: Develop deep expertise in the Novatro platform, support Engineering in quality assurance and feature validation, and feed structured field insight on product, workflow, and adoption back to Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap.

Experience and Skills Required

•       3+ years of demonstrated experience in successful software implementations or a similar client-facing delivery role.

•       Prior experience with ERP, Engineering or manufacturing software (implementation, configuration, or hands-on use).

•       Strong technical aptitude and the ability to become a deep expert in a complex software product, including proficiency in demonstrating it to prospects and clients.

•       Strong project management and facilitation skills, with the ability to run working sessions and keep multiple stakeholders aligned.

•       Experience running user acceptance testing, delivering training and managing software rollouts and cutovers.

•       Clear written, visual, and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both business and technical audiences.

•       Excellent stakeholder engagement skills — able to work comfortably with plant operators, engineers, and business leaders alike.

•       A proactive, action-oriented, problem-solving approach and comfort thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.

•       Highly organized, with the ability to manage your workload across the phases of an implementation.

•       Fluency in Hindi and English is required; a third Indian language is a bonus.

•       Willingness to travel approximately two weeks per month for on-site client work.
