Your Next Opportunity:

Job Summary

MoxiWorks is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support the internal setup, configuration, and launch execution of MoxiWorks products for new and existing customers. This role is focused on translating implementation requirements into accurate product configuration, coordinating internal setup tasks, managing launch dependencies, and ensuring products are provisioned correctly and on time.

Rather than acting as the primary customer contact, this role works closely with internal teams such as onboarding, customer success, product, engineering, QA, and support to deliver high-quality implementations behind the scenes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working across systems, and able to manage multiple implementation workflows at once.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute product implementation tasks for MoxiWorks products based on defined project requirements and onboarding plans
• Configure accounts, branding, permissions, templates, settings, and feature enablement within MoxiWorks platforms
• Support implementation of integrations, user setup, data imports, and launch-related configuration activities
• Review implementation requirements and translate them into accurate system setup
• Partner with internal teams to ensure all technical and operational launch tasks are completed on time
• Track implementation progress, dependencies, blockers, and launch readiness across multiple projects
• Identify setup issues, gaps, or risks and escalate them to the appropriate internal teams
• Validate that implementation work aligns with documented requirements and internal standards
• Maintain accurate implementation records, status updates, and internal documentation
• Support internal testing, QA readiness, and launch coordination activities
• Assist with troubleshooting configuration issues during onboarding and pre-launch phases
• Contribute to process improvement by identifying recurring implementation issues and helping refine internal workflows, documentation, and checklists

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, operations, systems administration, onboarding support, or a similar role
• Experience configuring software platforms based on documented requirements
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex setup tasks accurately
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple implementations or workstreams at once
• Strong written communication skills and comfort documenting work clearly
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal teams
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, system records, configuration tools, and project tracking platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS product configuration, launch operations, or implementation support
• Familiarity with CRM, marketing, presentation, website, or real estate technology platforms
• Experience with integrations, imports, account setup, permissions, or content configuration
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Jira, Asana, Zendesk, Confluence, Google Workspace, or similar systems
• Experience supporting internal QA or go-live workflows
• Real estate technology experience is a plus
