Implementation Specialist

Role:Implementation Engineer

Experience: 3+ Years

Location: Navi Mumbai

What You'll Do

• Lead deployment, configuration, and integration of Motadata solutions
• Implement ITSM Tool& Observabilityacross enterprise environments
• Work on ITSM/ITOM/APM use cases
• Collaborate with clients to design scalable IT monitoring and ITSM solutions
• Partner with DevOps, Product, and Support teams for seamless delivery
• Provide client training and ensure successful onboarding
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation challenges efficiently

Key Skills & Expertise

• Hands-on Experience with ITSM tools such as:
• ServiceNow
• ManageEngine
• Zoho Service Desk
• Knowledge of Linux, Windows, networking (DMZ, firewalls), and cloud/on-prem deployments
• Familiarity with tools like Grafana, ELK, Kibana
• Strong troubleshooting and client-facing communication skills

Good to Have

• ITIL Certification
• Experience with Power BI / Tableau / JasperBI
• Scripting or automation exposure
