Implementation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize project requirements
• Manage end-to-end software implementation activities and deployment support
• Create and maintain detailed implementation documentation, process guides, and procedures
• Provide technical support and user training for implemented applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve implementation and integration-related issues
• Coordinate with development teams for seamless integration of new features and functionalities
• Analyze implementation metrics and recommend process improvements
• Support pre-sales activities including requirement analysis, RFQs, RFPs, and solution discussions
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction
