Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Implementation Specialist located in Mumbai. The Implementation Specialist will oversee the installation and optimization of EmployeeVibes HRMS software for clients. Responsibilities include providing hands-on assistance during software setup, conducting training sessions for end-users, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. The role also involves collaborating with clients to identify their needs, configuring the software accordingly, and addressing any technical or operational issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Implementation and related technical tools
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Effective Communication abilities to convey technical processes clearly
- Sharp Analytical Skills for identifying and resolving implementation challenges
- Understanding of HR or similar enterprise software is a plus
- Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred
