Implementation Specialist

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will manage end-to-end software implementation processes, collaborate with clients to gather requirements, configure the platform to meet client-specific needs, and provide training and support to ensure successful adoption. You will address client inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the client onboarding experience and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and system configuration
• Expertise in Software Implementation and proficiency with related tools and technologies
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients effectively
• Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and build strong client relationships
• Experience in HR or Total Rewards platforms and background in SaaS implementation is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Human Resources, or a related field
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment with a solution-oriented mindset
