We are looking for an Implementation Manager to lead client onboarding, manage solution deployments, and ensure successful implementation of Scry AI's platforms. This role is critical in driving seamless execution from project initiation to go-live and ensuring long-term client success.

Role Overview

As an Implementation Manager at Scry AI, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end implementation of AI-driven solutions for enterprise clients. You will work closely with clients, product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business requirements.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project management skills with a client-focused approach and can drive execution in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff to go-live
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely execution

Client Onboarding & Engagement

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation
• Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable plans
• Ensure smooth onboarding and a positive client experience

Solution Deployment & Coordination

• Coordinate with product, engineering, and data teams for solution setup
• Oversee configuration, integration, and testing of platforms
• Ensure alignment between client needs and technical delivery

Risk Management & Issue Resolution

• Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks
• Drive resolution of issues through cross-functional collaboration
• Ensure quality and readiness before go-live

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with internal teams to align on delivery milestones
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and outcomes
• Maintain documentation and track implementation metrics

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong experience in implementation, project management, or solution delivery
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Familiarity with SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology implementations
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on execution and outcomes
