Job Description:
- We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual for the role of Implementation Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end software implementation projects from initial discovery to post-go-live support.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Act as the point of contact for clients during the implementation process.
- Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to align on project goals and requirements.
- Maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
- Facilitate client onboarding, including system configuration, data migration, and training.
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues.
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and deliverables.
- Support the transition from implementation to customer success/account management teams.
- Understand client needs and configure settings of our solutions that will materially benefit the client s legal operations.
- Communicate effectively with other teams.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department and company goals.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and quality.
- Support cross-functional initiatives as required.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant education and minimum 3 years of work experience in a related field
- Familiarity with CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) systems or similar (legal) tech platforms
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills (C1-2)
- Excellent analytical skills and logical thinking, with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate with international clients, and adapt to evolving client requirements
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to troubleshoot technical or process issues as they arise
- Experience working with automated workflow and process mapping tools
- Comfortable with Excel, Jira, Confluence, AI and Project Management tools
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word with a strong grasp of document formatting techniques
