Job Description:

  • We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual for the role of Implementation Manager.
  • The ideal candidate will contribute to our teams success by applying their skills, knowledge, and enthusiasm in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform end-to-end software implementation projects from initial discovery to post-go-live support.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
  • Act as the point of contact for clients during the implementation process.
  • Support and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to align on project goals and requirements.
  • Maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
  • Facilitate client onboarding, including system configuration, data migration, and training.
  • Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues.
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations and deliverables.
  • Support the transition from implementation to customer success/account management teams.
  • Understand client needs and configure settings of our solutions that will materially benefit the client s legal operations.
  • Communicate effectively with other teams.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve department and company goals.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and quality.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Relevant education and minimum 3 years of work experience in a related field
  • Familiarity with CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) systems or similar (legal) tech platforms
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills (C1-2)
  • Excellent analytical skills and logical thinking, with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate with international clients, and adapt to evolving client requirements
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
  • The ability to troubleshoot technical or process issues as they arise
  • Experience working with automated workflow and process mapping tools
  • Comfortable with Excel, Jira, Confluence, AI and Project Management tools
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Word with a strong grasp of document formatting techniques
