Job Description

  • Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that support business goals.
  • Collaborate with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and project managers to define scope, deliverables, timelines, and budget.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-project activities to optimize productivity and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Oversee multiple project teams, providing guidance and resolving obstacles to meet program objectives.
  • Develop and maintain program assessment protocols for performance evaluation and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and manage risks across projects and generate reports for key stakeholders.
  • Monitor budgets, manage funding channels, and ensure maximum ROI from each initiative.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a program or project management role, preferably in a senior/lead capacity.
  • Strong leadership, communication, time management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from conception through execution.
  • Proficient in change management practices and performance evaluation methodologies.

Preferred

  • Masters degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in proposal writing and working across multifunctional teams.
