Implementation Manager, IT
Job Description
Key Deliverables:
- Lead and grow a high-performing IT Product Specialist team.
- Drive execution on IT product implementations to meet adoption and satisfaction KPIs.
- Optimize IT setup processes and implementation quality.
- Coordinate with product and engineering teams on launches and issue resolution.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage team operations including hiring, mentoring, and KPI tracking.
- Build cross-functional partnerships with Sales, CX, and Product.
- Lead knowledge sharing and training initiatives internally and externally.
- Act as the feedback conduit between customers and Rippling's IT product teams.
