Job Description
Key Deliverables:
- Manage end-to-end implementation of Rippling products for clients.
- Drive product adoption by ensuring customer goals and timelines are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance product functionality.
- Contribute to the development and documentation of implementation processes and best practices.
Role Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to implement Rippling's suite of products.
- Oversee the project management of multiple simultaneous implementations.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between Sales, Account Management, and Technical teams.
- Provide valuable feedback to Product and Engineering teams for continuous improvement.
