Job Purpose:
Lead and manage complex enterprise implementations while acting as a technical escalation point. This role focuses on driving successful delivery of high-impact implementations, designing and troubleshooting identity and HCM integrations, and enabling team scalability through strong technical leadership and mentorship.
Who You Are:
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Implementation, Solutions Engineering, or IT Integration roles with increasing responsibility
- Strong expertise in SSO protocols such as SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and SCIM
- Hands-on experience designing and troubleshooting identity provider (IdP) configurations
- Strong experience in HCM integrations with platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar
- Expertise in API integrations and data synchronization patterns
- Ability to handle complex enterprise-level technical issues and act as an escalation point
- Proven experience in creating documentation, runbooks, and scalable processes
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior technical team members
- Strong understanding of enterprise security concepts including firewalls, SOC 2, GDPR, and identity governance
