Role Description

This is a contract-based, fully remote position for an Implementation Manager. In this role, you will guide clients through the successful onboarding of Accountivaa's services, ensuring seamless integration and setup of accounting and tax processes. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, supporting clients during the implementation phases, and troubleshooting any issues to ensure smooth transitions. You will also maintain regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
