About this opportunity:
At Ericsson, we are seeking an Implementation Manager to join our dedicated team. This vital role will be responsible for managing all facets of our implementation services, assuring high-level compliance with directives from our corporate group, as well as legality and financial considerations. This role enables business process innovation with a commitment to Data security, privacy, and adherence to global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS). As Implementation Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth execution and timely completion of projects.
What you will do:
- Define project scope, manage workforce, and oversee performance to ensure jobs are done right the first time.
- Manage the financial performance for the roll-out phase in line with the project budget.
- Drive the Change Management process using KPI's and continuous measurements to identify improvement opportunities.
- Adhere to company processes, regulations, and tools, and take corrective measures if needed.
- Manage customer and supplier engagement and acceptance procedures to ensure timeliness and adherence to terms and conditions.
- Oversee the invoicing lifecycle during the implementation phase to ensure sound financial performance.
- Report on progress and deviations to aid in workforce and cost management.
- Ensure open lines of communication with customers and suppliers.
- Assure the quality of implementation work, ensuring adherence to customer and Ericsson directives and standards.
