We are looking for a high-energy, process-oriented Delivery Manager to join our team. You will serve as the vital link between our Sales/Partner teams and the Engineering department. Your primary mission is to translate client requirements into technical reality, ensuring that Proof of Concept (POC) deliveries and full-scale implementations are executed on time, within scope, and at the highest quality.
This role is ideal for a professional with a foundational background in B2B SaaS who is ready to take on significant leadership responsibilities and manage complex project lifecycles.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Orchestration & Delivery
- Requirement Translation: Act as the primary technical interface for Sales and Partners translate business needs into actionable technical requirements for the Engineering team.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial scoping and resource allocation to final delivery and handover.
- Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive Project Charters, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and detailed project schedules to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Scope & Change Control: Manage scope creep rigorously ensure all changes are documented via formal change requests and approved by stakeholders.
- Deployments: Manage deployments for Pilots and Production projects on both cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
2. Stakeholder & Resource Management
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the bridge between the Product, Sales, and Tech teams to ensure alignment on roadmap priorities and client expectations.
- Progress Monitoring: Track key performance metrics (KPIs), monitor risks, and provide regular status reports and mitigation plans to internal and external stakeholders.
- Documentation: Maintain rigorous documentation of project evolution, technical specs, and regulatory compliance standards.
3. Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Technical Guidance: Lead a team of engineers by providing coaching and removing technical or process-related roadblocks.
- Culture Building: Foster a collaborative, inclusive environment that encourages continuous learning and innovation.
- Career Development: Support the professional growth of team members through regular feedback and performance alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of overall experience, including 15-18 months of professional experience in a B2B SaaS environment, is mandatory.
- Project Mastery: Proven ability to manage project schedules and resource allocation.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Global Mindset: Experience working with or selling to US-based clients is a significant plus.
- Tools: Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, ClickUp) and documentation tools.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales cycles and POC processes.
