Implementation Intern based in our
Noida - Hybrid office plays a pivotal role in promoting our subscription-based products to doctors across India.
This role is a 6 MONTHS contractual position, offering a focused opportunity to contribute to key projects while gaining valuable hands-on experience
How are you creating an impact
This position involves proactively building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals by understanding their needs, addressing queries, and providing timely, accurate information about our offerings. The role requires engaging with customers throughout the subscription lifecycle, supporting onboarding and usage, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience that leads to successful subscription adoption, retention, and long-term satisfaction
What will you be doing
- Conduct outbound calls to doctors to introduce and explain subscription-based products.
- Clearly communicate product features and benefits, tailoring discussions to address individual needs and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors to drive subscription adoption and renewals.
- Address queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with Digital Product Trainers to schedule product training sessions when required.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on outreach strategies and messaging.
- Share insights and feedback from doctors to support continuous improvement of products and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on call activity, engagement levels, and subscription outcomes.
We are looking for someone with:
- 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service; healthcare or pharma experience preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and sales aptitude are welcome.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
- Persuasive, empathetic, and customer-focused approach.
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare industry is a plus.
- Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
- Resilient with a positive attitude toward rejection.
