Role Description

The Hospital Information System Implementation Executive is a full-time, remote role, responsible for implementing and supporting Hospital Information Systems (HIS) at client facilities. Day-to-day work includes gathering and analyzing hospital and clinic requirements, configuring software modules, conducting system testing, and coordinating go-live activities. The role involves training end users, providing on-site and remote support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth adoption of HIS across departments. The HIS Implementation Executive collaborates with internal technical teams and client stakeholders, documents implementation processes, and contributes to continuous improvement of workflows and system usage.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to understand hospital and clinic processes, interpret data, and resolve implementation issues.
• Excellent Communication abilities for interacting with clinicians, administrators, IT teams, and other stakeholders.
• Customer Service orientation to support clients, manage expectations, and maintain positive relationships.
• Hands-on experience with Software Implementation, preferably in healthcare or enterprise applications.
• Training skills to conduct user training sessions, create user guides, and support change management.
• Relevant education such as a bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, computer science, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Familiarity with hospital workflows, clinical documentation, billing, or healthcare standards is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site at client locations, manage multiple projects, and travel as needed.
• Candidates who can speak multiple languages are highly preferred.
