We are looking for hands-on
Implementation Engineer to onboard and launch fintech programs across Credit Line on UPI, Credit Cards, and Multi-Currency products.
This role sits at the intersection of: engineering, integrations, deployments, operations, & production troubleshooting
You will work directly on client onboarding, API integrations, configurations, deployments and production stabilization.
The role requires strong debugging ability, ownership mindset, and comfort working on live systems.
The Hats You Will Wear
Integrations & Configurations
- Manage partner API integrations and onboarding workflows
- Configure product setups, mappings, and operational parameters
- Validate webhooks, callbacks, encryption, and data exchange flows
- Support partner UAT and certification activities
Deployment & Production Support
- Support deployments across UAT and Production environments
- Perform production smoke testing and launch validations
- Debug production issues and coordinate fixes
- Support quick hotfixes and operational changes where required
Operational Excellence
- Build and maintain implementation playbooks and SOPs
- Automate repetitive onboarding/configuration activities
- Improve implementation efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Support TechOps/L1 teams during incidents and escalations
The Perfect Fit
- 3+ years of experience in engineering, fintech implementations, TechOps, or platform operations
- Srong understanding of REST APIs and webhooks
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data validation
- Basic scripting ability in Python or NodeJS
- Hands-on Java development experience with strong coding and debugging fundamentals
- Ability to read, understand, and troubleshoot backend application code and logs
- Experience working on production fixes, API/service debugging, and minor code enhancements
- Familiarity with Linux environments and Git, Kubernetes and CI/CD workflows
- Experience using Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI tools
- Understanding of deployments and environment management
Your Edge Over the Rest
- Prior experience working on Java-based backend systems or fintech platforms is highly desirable
- Strong inclination towards hands-on problem solving, debugging, and production ownership
