Job Role: Implementation Executive

This is a customer support and field implementation role, not related to software development or coding. As an Implementation Executive, you will represent the company at client locations, helping hospitals and healthcare facilities adopt and operate our software effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to client locations across India for software implementation and training
• Provide on-site and remote support for product setup and usage
• Act as the first point of contact for software-related queries or issues
• Train clients on product features, workflows, and updates
• Handle customer concerns professionally and patiently
• Coordinate with internal tech and support teams for issue resolution
• Maintain documentation of client interactions, feedback, and implementation reports
• Ensure smooth client onboarding and successful go-live

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Hindi is mandatory
• Willingness to travel PAN India
• Basic understanding of software usage and customer service
• Ability to handle client concerns efficiently
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn
• Technical or healthcare background preferred, but not mandatory
• Male candidates only
