Implementation Engineer

This full-time on-site role based in Mumbai involves working as an Implementation Engineer. The Implementation Engineer will oversee and execute the deployment of solutions, collaborate with clients to understand and meet requirements, and provide technical support during the implementation process. Responsibilities include configuring systems, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining documentation, and ensuring a seamless integration of technology solutions with client operations.

• Experience in system configuration, software implementation, and integration
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical support
• Knowledge of quality assurance, testing methodologies, and system validation
• Strong communication, collaboration, and client-facing skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and a willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Knowledge of industry-standard implementation tools and methodologies is a plus
• Prior experience with enterprise software or backend operations is preferred
