Implementation Engineer

MoEngage is looking for a versatile Implementation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of integrations within our Professional Services Team. If you have a strong full-stack skillset, proficiency in multiple coding languages, and a collaborative approach to delivering high-quality software solutions, you'll play a crucial part in meeting our business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop front-end user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Develop and maintain back-end systems, APIs, and databases using languages such as Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Integrate third-party services, APIs, and data sources into applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and industry standards.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues and improve user experience.
• Continuously research and implement new technologies to enhance development efficiency and product quality.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for software components and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the implementation process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience as a Full Stack Engineer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks for both front-end and back-end development.
• Experience with database management and design, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is preferred.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
