Job Description

Location: Remote (US Time Zone)

Company: ObserveID

At ObserveID, we're redefining how organizations gain 360° visibility and intelligence into their identity security posture. As identity complexity grows beyond the enterprise, we're building a platform that simplifies, unifies, and modernizes IAM—without ripping and replacing.

We're looking for a hands-on Implementation Engineer who thrives at the intersection of technology, customer engagement, and problem-solving.

What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of IAM solutions for customers
  • Gather and analyze customer requirements for IAM implementations
  • Translate requirements into scalable implementation and integration plans
  • Design and implement user provisioning & deprovisioning workflows
  • Configure and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models
  • Implement and manage identity lifecycle (Joiner–Mover–Leaver) processes
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications with IAM platforms such as Saviynt, SailPoint, and Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
  • Configure and deploy ObserveID platform within customer environments
  • Troubleshoot integration, provisioning, and access-related issues
  • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing IAM platforms
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Identity lifecycle management
  • Access governance
  • Authentication & authorization models
  • Proven experience integrating applications with IAM tools like Saviynt, SailPoint, MIM, etc.
  • Ability to gather requirements and translate them into execution plans
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills
  • Technical background in .NET / C#
  • A critical thinker who can navigate ambiguity and solve real-world problems
  • Strong ownership mindset with a customer success-first attitude
  • Ability to work in US time zone
  • Available to join immediately or within a very short notice period
Nice to Have
  • Experience working in enterprise or mid-market IAM transformations
  • Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and cloud environments
  • Security or IAM-related certifications
What Makes You a Fit

You don't just implement. You think, design, and own outcomes.

You're comfortable in front of customers, can simplify complexity, and care deeply about delivering value, not just completing tasks.

Why ObserveID
  • Work on cutting-edge identity security challenges
  • Be part of a fast-growing, product-driven company
  • Direct impact on customers and product evolution
  • High ownership, low bureaucracy environment
