About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be on Rippling's Enterprise Implementation team. At Rippling, implementation drives company growth and product adoption among our customers. As a Data Specialist on the Enterprise Implementation Team, you will help our largest and most nuanced customers set up their accounts through various imports and tasks while managing technical aspects of the data migration process and contributing to product improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Implementation Team and manage your own projects through JIRA, ensuring timely and effective communication and execution.
  • Extract, transform, and import large datasets into Rippling using Google Sheets and Excel with high precision, ensuring strict adherence to specific customer requirements and configuration needs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process and product improvements, focusing on automation and enhanced features to better serve the customer base.
  • Take ownership of documentation related to processes and product enhancements, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available for the team.
  • Validate and QA complex sets of data to ensure data accuracy and customer accounts are properly set up.
  • Help the organization scale and grow with the business.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a data role at a tech company.
  • Demonstrated proficiency of Google Sheets, Excel, Jira, Salesforce.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills to work effectively with Implementation, cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Great project management skills to lead, care about product ownership, an outstanding customer-centric mindset, and solving problems for our customers.
  • A proactive mindset with a keen attention to detail to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance the customer experience.
  • Experience working with data migration, particularly payroll and HR-related data.
  • Experience with python, scripting is a plus.

Shift and workplace model

Note: This role requires you to work in the US Shift (EST/CST/PST). This is a hybrid role and will require you to work out of our Bangalore office three days a week.
