About The Role

The Implementation Coordinator is responsible for executing and managing onboarding workflows for partner applications and existing partner modifications. This role ensures that applications progress efficiently through automated due diligence and partner configuration processes, while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and operational discipline.

What You Will Get To Do

Workflow Execution & Monitoring

  • Execute end-to-end onboarding workflows for assigned partners, ensuring timely progression through each stage.
  • Monitor application status across systems and proactively address delays or bottlenecks.
  • Ensure all required steps are completed in accordance with defined processes and SLAs.
  • Monitor performance of new partners through established timeline.

Automation & System Interaction

  • Utilize automated tools for due diligence, validation, and partner configuration setup.
  • Review system outputs for completeness and accuracy, identifying exceptions or discrepancies.
  • Trigger appropriate workflows and actions based on system results.

Data Accuracy & Documentation

  • Validate partner information and ensure data integrity across platforms.
  • Maintain complete and audit-ready documentation aligned with compliance requirements.
  • Ensure all onboarding records are properly captured within internal systems.

Issue Identification & Escalation

  • Identify missing information, inconsistencies, or process breakdowns.
  • Escalate issues to senior team members with clear context and supporting details.
  • Support resolution of workflow blockers to maintain onboarding momentum.

Operational Support

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Operations, Credit, Treasury) to support onboarding activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies in workflows or systems.

What You Will Need To Be Successful

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience in business, compliance, or technical fields.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, onboarding, or financial services (preferred) .
  • Experience in payments, fintech, or remittance environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with workflow tools, CRM systems, or onboarding platforms.

Key Skills

  • Bilingual fluency required, including professional-level English communication (written and verbal). Knowledge of French would be highly beneficial.
  • Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to make decisions within structured guidelines.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Comfort working with automated systems and interpreting system outputs.

Location: This position is based in India. While this is a remote flexible role it is required to reside in this country.
