Implementation Consultant

Hiring: Implementation Consultant (IC) | Kolkata

Location: Kolkata | WFH with frequent client visits

Experience: 1–5 years

Education: MBA mandatory

Language: Bengali-speaking candidates preferred/required

About the Role:

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to manage client implementations, understand business requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and understand client requirements.
• Support end-to-end HRMS implementation.
• Coordinate configuration, testing, UAT and Go-Live.
• Conduct client training and provide post-Go-Live support.
• Manage client communication and regular visits.
• Coordinate with Product, Tech and Support teams.

Requirements:

• MBA is mandatory.
• 1–5 years of relevant implementation/HRMS experience.
• Strong communication and client-handling skills.
• Kolkata-based candidates only, as frequent client visits are required.
• Bengali-speaking candidates preferred/required.
