Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Consultant with hands-on expertise in RSA Archer implementation and GRC frameworks to join our Cyber Technology Consulting team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm while playing a key role in delivering cutting-edge solutions and enhancing our service capabilities.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and configure RSA Archer solutions to meet client-specific GRC requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Customize Archer modules, including Risk Management, Compliance Management, Incident Management, Policy Management, and other key use cases.
  • Develop and maintain data feeds, system integrations, and application workflows.
  • Perform Archer platform upgrades, patches, and overall system maintenance.
  • Provide technical consultation and best practices for Archer implementation and customization.
  • Conduct system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful delivery.
  • Document system design, configuration changes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Archer with other enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, SIEM, and eGRC systems).

Skills And Attributes For Success

  • Collaborating with other members of the engagement team to plan the engagement and develop work program timelines, risk assessments and other documents/templates.
  • Good Communication skill and willingness to travel at a short notice
  • Proficient in policy management, compliance management, risk management and issue management modules
  • Demonstrating and applying strong project management skills, inspiring teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members
  • Strong hands-on experience with RSA Archer platform, including installation, configuration, and customization.
  • Deep understanding of GRC frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT) and how to operationalize them within Archer.
  • Ability to design Archer applications, data feeds, dashboards, and advanced workflows.
  • Proficiency in creating data-driven events (DDEs), calculated fields, and advanced workflows.
  • Experience with integrating Archer with external systems using APIs, XML, and REST/SOAP services.
  • Familiarity with Archer Control Panel administration and backend database management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management processes across industries.
  • Experience with automation, reporting, and analytics capabilities within Archer.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in RSA Archer implementation, configuration, and GRC processes.
  • Hands-on experience delivering Archer solutions for medium-to-large organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills with a consulting mindset.
  • A valid passport for travel.

Ideally, you'll also have

  • RSA Archer certifications (e.g., RSA Archer Certified Administrator).
  • Experience integrating Archer with cybersecurity and enterprise tools
  • Understanding of IT/OT cybersecurity frameworks and risk management for industrial environments.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, SQL) for Archer customization.
  • Experience with advanced reporting tools like Archer Reporting or Power BI.
