Job Description

The Implementation Consultant will be responsible for end-to-end implementation of the SAMESG platform for global customers, including configuration, data onboarding, reporting setup, and post go-live support. The role requires working across multiple time zones, supporting customers through their ESG reporting journeys, and continuously building ESG domain knowledge.

Travel may be required for onsite client support, workshops, or go-live activities.

Key Responsibilities

SAMESG Implementation

  • Own end-to-end implementation of SAMESG for assigned customer projects
  • Configure ESG frameworks such as BRSR, GRI, SASB, ESRS, CSRD within the platform
  • Support data collection, validation, loading, and reconciliation
  • Set up dashboards, reports, and regulatory outputs as per project scope
  • Execute UAT support and coordinate go-live readiness

Post Go-Live & Global Support

  • Provide post-implementation support for live customers across regions
  • Handle support queries related to data, configurations, and reporting
  • Work with senior consultants and product teams on escalated issues
  • Support customers during reporting cycles and audits

Cross-Regional Collaboration

  • Work with stakeholders across India, Middle East, Europe, and APAC
  • Support customers across different time zones when required
  • Coordinate with Project Managers for timelines, risks, and dependencies

Continuous Learning & ESG Enablement

  • Continuously build ESG and sustainability knowledge relevant to SAMESG
  • Stay updated on ESG regulations and reporting requirements
  • Participate in internal training and certification programs

Required Skills & Experience

  • 12 years of experience in software implementation, or enterprise tools
  • Experience working on client-facing implementation projects
  • Strong understanding of data-driven platforms and configurations
  • Ability to work across time zones and manage multiple priorities
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel for onsite customer engagements

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Exposure to ESG reporting frameworks (BRSR, GRI, SASB, CSRD)
  • Experience with SaaS / ESG / compliance platforms
