Job Title: Product Implementation Consultant / Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Product Implementation Consultant with strong communication skills and 2+ years of experience in either product implementation or project management. In this role, you will work closely with clients to ensure the successful deployment of our product, guiding them through onboarding, configuration, and integration processes. You will serve as a key liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth implementations that drive business success.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and configure the product accordingly.

Lead the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.

Provide training, support, and best practices to clients for optimal product utilization.

Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success) to resolve issues and enhance product functionality.

Manage project timelines, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to refining implementation methodologies.

Develop and maintain documentation, FAQs, and training materials for client support.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in product implementation or project management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
• Prior experience working with US or UK clients is a must.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements.
• Knowledge of billing platforms is a plus
• Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or tech consulting is a plus.
• Experience with SaaS tools, API integrations, and data migration is a plus
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or other business software solutions is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management tools and documentation best practices.
• Project management certifications are a plus.
