About the Role

Position: Implementation Executive / Associate

Experience: 1–2 years

Department: Implementation

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing HCM/HRMS software for clients.
• Understand client requirements and assist with application configuration.
• Coordinate with clients during the implementation process and provide regular updates.
• Support data collection, validation, testing, UAT, and payroll-related activities.
• Assist in preparing implementation documents and reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Development, Support, and QA for issue resolution.
• Assist in providing application training and support to clients.
• Willingness to travel to client locations, if required.

Qualifications

Qualification: Any Graduate

Required Skills

• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Freshers with good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and an interest in software implementation, client coordination, and HCM/HRMS applications can be considered.
